I'd like to have my say

Although there are lots of discussions underway about how we can improve care for you locally, no decisions have yet been made.

That's because we want you to help us.

It's important you know what the challenges are, so you can shape the answers. It won't always be possible to have blank sheet of paper to design the future - and that's because we're sometimes limited by geography, people and money - but we will always be clear about what involvement and having your say means.

Your feedback helped us to develop options for the future of the two services which, between Monday 3 October 2016 and Tuesday 14 February 2017 we consulted on across the region.

Although the consultations have now closed, please visit the pages below to find out more:

Children’s surgery and anaesthesia

Critical care for people who have had a stroke

A decision about the future of children's surgery and anaesthesia services was made in June 2017. A decision on hyper acute stroke services will be made in the Autumn of 2017.

Between February and April 2017, we also invited feedback on the initial thinking of the South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw Sustainability and Transformation Plan (STP). Find out more about the STP and the next steps for the region.
